Leap to Success, a jobs program that operates under the nonprofit umbrella of Launch Pad Job Club, provides professional, pro bono services to Austin-area nonprofit organizations while promoting the talents of Launch Pad Job Club members. These projects not only help job seekers by providing hands-on job experience, they help non-profit organizations address issues they usually don’t have the expertise, time or budget to address.
